Governance Document

GreenSpaces is committed to responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices. We consider the impact we have on our team, our customers, and the local community as well as the world’s resources. We aim to maximise our long-term positive contribution to society and its resources, whilst minimising any adverse impacts our actions may have.

As a business it is important that we act responsibly, and that our business practices are robust, and our reporting accurate. This forms part of our compliance strategy, alongside our commitment to Health & Safety that includes our Anti-Discrimination Policy and Sexual Harassment Prevention Plan (2025). We adhere to the Queensland Anti- Discrimination Act 1991.

One of our key-focus constituents within Governance is supply chain management. We review and update our commitments and methods of working in relation to our suppliers and ‘business partners’, driving better solutions, effectiveness, and efficiencies, with sustainability and customer service at the heart of this process. This enables smarter, more effective and efficient ways of working, as-well-as better service delivery through our ever-evolving systems for our customers.

GreenSpaces and its management have a good awareness of common modern slavery practices such as: forced or unpaid work, human trafficking, passport confiscation, child labour, et cetera. These global issues are regularly discussed at our advisory board and management meetings. This approach is very important to assist us in identifying any suspicions that we may have.
